VARAH (Vehicle Alignment Response Automation Hub) is a pre-delivery experience orchestration platform. It connects the three parties who currently operate in separate silos (the buyer, the dealer, and the OEM) through three things working together:
A Living Digital Twin. The buyer's actual vehicle, rendered as a real-time companion that tracks the build VIN by VIN: body welding, paint, final assembly, quality inspection, shipping.
A dedicated brand Specialist. A real human point of contact, so the relationship is held by a person, not a notification.
An AI intelligence layer (VARAHI). The engine that personalizes communication cadence, surfaces the right story at the right moment, and helps dealers and OEMs handle edge cases.
Together they turn a silent, anxious wait into a guided, brand-defining experience.

Each premium OEM signs one Master Agreement (per-VIN platform fees, implementation, data licensing, and an annual minimum over three years) that sets consistent terms across its entire dealer network. Beneath it, dealers subscribe to one of two tiers: Starter Essentials for small to mid-size rooftops (real-time build milestones, buyer engagement, F&I education, DMS integrations, cancellation reporting), or Scaling Enterprise for larger groups (AI-driven engagement, attach analytics, a partner marketplace, custom integrations, and cancellation-reduction guarantees), with a per-active-order fee on top. The result: every dollar VARAH earns is tied to value delivered, so adoption stays rational for OEMs, dealers, and buyers alike.

Conclusion
VARAH was my MBI capstone, so the "result" is a validated concept with a complete, defensible business case rather than shipped traction. What I am proud of is that it holds up as a whole system: the research justifies the product, the product is technically buildable on real dealer infrastructure, and the business model and phasing make it fundable.

The bigger takeaway for how I work: the most valuable design decision in this project was not a screen. It was reframing the wait from a logistics problem ("show a tracking bar") into a relationship problem ("hold the customer"). That reframe is what made every downstream decision, technical and commercial, line up.
